  3. Well phooey - I always wondered why my sewing efforts were sadly lacking. Obviously I've been going about it all wrong!

  4. Good advice, I just wish I could follow it. But then I would never get any sewing done.

  5. Well in my house I am afraid it's sewing first - housework later! In fact, put off housework for as long as possible!! Have a great stitchy weekend. xx

  7. how funny!!! My generation was taught to do chores first (which are never ending) before you do anything you enjoy. My mother was so tough on this, that as a cheerleader, I almost missed cheering at our state championship because I couldn't leave on a Saturday morning until the house was cleaned including washing the floor on my hands and knees. When I got married, I enjoyed a new found freedom to do housework when I chose to.
    xx, Carol

  9. This Lin always gets her work done FAST so I have time for sewing. But the dress....uh no. Isn't that silly?

  10. Oh how the times have changed! I sew in my pj's, my house looks like a bomb went off and I am usually cursing as I sew ... and makeup? What's that?! And since I have curly hair, my hair is never in order LOL! Thanks for a good giggle, don't think I could of thought of a title for this either!!

If you leave a comment and I don't respond it's because I didn't get an email notice. It could be because you are a "no reply" blogger. Here is a way to fix that......http://morefromyourblog.com/no-reply-blogger-how-to-fix-this/
