Crazy Quliting Class....

Kathy has very kindly allowed us to post a picture of the finished block we are working on. This is what it should look like.....when it's finished.

I bought a few metal charms at Michael's but I still need to get a few lacy motifs. We have covered creating and planing a block, seam treatments and the use of templates. The seam treatments are very basic but are very pretty. I really like the row of flowers at the top left corner.

Now to get stitching:)

  3. Está muy hermoso el bloque. Me encanta el crazy quilt, aunque reconozco que me falta paciencia.

  4. I like the rows of flowers and the silk ribbon embroidery. I'm not big on sewing on charms--but that is just me.

  6. A lot of work for one block but so very pretty and worth all the effort.

  7. Sometimes basic is just what you need. It helps highlight the rest of the embellishment. I would have loved taking the class. Have fun stitching the rest of the block.

  8. This is lovely. Is this what the neutral block is for? I really like those silk embroidery flowers, I'm going to have to get into that! Thank you for popping over to my doll blog, Mary and leaving such a sweet comment! Hugs!

If you leave a comment and I don't respond it's because I didn't get an email notice. It could be because you are a "no reply" blogger. Here is a way to fix that......http://morefromyourblog.com/no-reply-blogger-how-to-fix-this/
